There is a small Youtube group doing risk assessments with various types of AV. Of course 1 test is just 1 result to which other tests could garner different results. However, I've seen these assessments before and though Norton usually does well, it generally doesn't lead the pack in detection. Don't get me wrong, it doesn't do poorly either, but feel it could do better.

As someone who works with Cybersecurity on a SIRT, I take these types of tests with the understanding that it is just one test, and we shouldn't think of 1 test being the end all definition of how a product performs.
