In accurate time left on subscription

I purchased Norton from a retailer on the 21st of December.  When I had to reformat my PC, and subsequently I moved, I lost the sleeve and a CD where the program was installed.  Was a very dumb thing to do, but I should have over 150 days left on my subscription.  which says it has 90 days remaining.  Was wondering if anybody could help me attempt to get this resolved.  I e-mailed the merchant and am waiting for reply back from them as well. 

 

Can anyone help?
