Hi

In Norton 360 v.5 Update TO Norton 360 v.6

If I update the (Norton 360 v.5) TO (Norton 360 v.6)

And In the place of ( PC Security ) \and\ ( Manage Firewall ) \and\ ( Program Rules )

And In the place of ( PC Security ) \and\ ( Manage Firewall ) \and\ ( Traffic Rules )

The question is:

Are the settings Of My Program Rules & Traffic Rules IN Norton 360 v.5 are saved to Norton 360 v.6 and keep My

settings Program Rules & Traffic Rules???

Hi ilove360,

If you updated from v5 to v6, your settings should be saved. If you completely uninstalled N360 v5 from your system prior to installing v6, it is possible that your settings were also removed.

Thank you All

I went to my account at Norton and I See (A product update is available!)

((You are now ready to download and install an updated version of Norton 360. Click 'CONTINUE' to download.))

I am Download This File:
N360Downloader.exe
====================
Did you mean installation on the previous program v.5 Without deleting the old settings of Program Rules & Traffic Rules ?

Thanks again

In Addition to Jame's info, if you overinstall a latest version over an existing Norton Product, it'll automatically inherit the settings configured from the existing program. If you're removing it prior to the upgradation, don't forget to select the first Uninstall preference, i plan to reinstall a Norton product option. Which will leave all your Norton Product Configurations behind.

Thanks!

All of My Settings are Deleted !
Why ?

Is there a solution.

Usually no one looks at a thread that is solved (as you have indicated), since it is solved and you have said you received your solution!
