In N. Utilities v16 I cannot find a way to stop automatic emptying of the recycle bin. Advice on v. 15 from 2012 on this site does not match options in v. 16 (2017). I want to control when it is emptied and what is emptied (if I want to wait on some items). Where are the setting to accomplish this? When I right click on the recycle bin, 'Empty Recycle Bin' is grayed out.
