In Windows 7 64 bits, after latest Norton update i cannot launch Norton Security by desktop and app.bar icons. So far to overcome problem I have configured "uistub.exe" to be included in "Windows automatic execution folder" and/or setting in the Startig Management Table of the section "Performances" of Norton Security operator interface as "Norton Protection Center UI Stub" with delaied starting. This operation causes 4 minutes before I can launch Norton Security and around 8 minutes before the Protection Center comes up.
