Issue abstract:I paid for a Norton one year pass key I had purchased from Amazon. Despite downloading it to my PC I keep getting asked for payment/ my card details to finalize installation. I have already paid for this from Licensix and Norton wants to charge me again! Lisensix raised a case number for me to resolve this problem and Norton claims it tried to phone me and says I had no voice mail (I have). Why can I not access a help advisor instead of pages of irrelevant AI produced “so called” solutions. Norton is so frustrating. I’ve used this product for a decade but never again! Norton should be about helping people not wasting their time by claiming a human help advisor available. I have been sent in too many futile circles - including email codes that just end up with me being cut off by the chat bot. Finding a phone number or somewhere o write a formal complaint is a non-starter.

Yes, I’ve inputted the one year product key (which has always worked previously) but, I always get the payment page for a rolling subscription with no way to skip it. In my Norton Security Standard Subscription Dashboard I cannot locate a button to disable my subscription from renewing. I’m sent in circles - my Norton’s expired! I’m very aware of the page to contact Norton support and have been cut off by its chat bot too many times to list. The bot always claims there is no one to deal with the problem and I’m fobbed off with many irrelevant links. I was even sent a case number that was kindly raised by Licensix (who I purchased the product key from) on my behalf to help me - BUT again, I can’t get through to anyone at not so wonderful Norton to use it. I’ve never had problems like this before in over 10 years - what’s gone wrong with Norton Help? Typing this reply is futile. Thanks anyway.

I just followed all your frame grabs guide to get through to a human - no success. I have tried other combinations as well. I think with my subscription having expired (through no fault of mine) it expects me to pay for another year!
I think what I will eventually do, is delete the downloaded Norton 360 from my programmes (that wont activate without me repaying/ inputting my card details).
I’ll try to reinstall it a fresh. I’ve no hope of this working, so I will most likely look for another security provider . Norton’s service is dire and I would suggest it wants taking to a consumer organisation for its false claims of 24/7 help. Agents are not to be had. Thanks for your time/help anyway.
