Inability to get put through to a human chat advisor with a case number despite many hours trying (over several days) to renew my now expired Norton. It is futile trying to get installation help

I paid for a Norton one year pass key I had purchased from Amazon. Despite downloading it to my PC I keep getting asked for payment/ my card details to finalize installation. I have already paid for this from Licensix and Norton wants to charge me again!

Why can I not access a help advisor instead of pages of irrelevant AI produced “so called” solutions. Norton is so frustrating. I’ve used this product for a decade but never again! Norton should be about helping people not wasting their time by claiming a human help advisor available. I have been sent in too many futile circles - including email codes that just end up with me being cut off by the chat bot. Finding a phone number or somewhere o write a formal complaint is a non-starter.
