Inability to log in when setting up app

It would appear the issue, mentioned previously in the forums, about not being able to log in has resurfaced. 

 

From the app, I am unable to log in and activate many of the features. 

 

Message:  "The server is unavailable.  Please try again later.  Please contact Norton Support for help."

 

Is this being worked on?  Is there an ETA?  Or is there just something wrong with the current version of the app?
