I recently updated to NIS 2012. I use Windows 7 64 bit, IE9, and identity safe on my computer. Since updating, I am unable to scroll down pages which have forms needed to be filled in. I can, with difficulty, use my tab key to get from one line to another; however I am plagued by freeze-ups. "Chat" support assures me that the problem is not with NIS 2012. Has any one else experienced this problem and are there any fixes available other than abandoning the product?
