Inbound TCP connection

Hello,

I was checking my security history and I kept on getting the same message, with the IP address changing every 2 tries and very frequently . Here it is;

Category: Firewall - Activities Date & Time,Risk,Activity,Status,Recommended Action,Category 05/01/2013 1:09:32 AM,Info,"Rule \"Default Block Microsoft Windows 2000 SMB\" blocked (178.32.70.201, Port (445) ).  Inbound TCP connection. I was wondering if someone could tell me what this means and why its happening so frequently, the IP address is coming from Tokyo.

Thank you  in advance
