When i installed norton internet security 2011 into outlook email, suddenly the one click THIS IS SPAM button only now works on the main inbox. Before it worked on any sub folder ie other inboxes with headings. Now it does not and so i have rendered the spam filtering useless only on one inbox but not the others why? does anyone know how to get the button to work on sub folders. It is at the top but goes to blue like you cannot use it, inlike the red button which you can use in the main inboox, bt under sub folders it is there in blue but unclikable?
