Incoming SMS not logged

I'm unable to see incoming SMS on son's phone.  I can see all his outgoing but not the incoming. Android version 4.0.4 on Galaxy 2.

What version of Norton Family is running his phone?

 

Are you a basic Norton Family or Premier Norton Family user?

 

Where are you located, in US?

Yes I was able to see incoming up until May 22.

version 2.6.0.19

Premier user

Dallas TX metro

Katie, I sent my email account info to you on 6/17.  Can you please provide an update?  My premier subscription ends in 3 weeks.  If this is not resolved before than, I will not be able to renew.

 

Please advise

Please disregard last post.  I'm not sure if you did anything or not, but I can see the incoming text again.
