Foolishly I accepted an offer from Comcast to install Norton Security. Once again Norton goofed up my computer. Now with each startup there is a message that the installation of Norton Erasure was incomplete, but using Norton removal tool has had no affect. Is there any way to get rid of this residual of Norton Security?
