I read Mohan_G's post about “Firefox 21 Support for Norton Toolbar”, I checked Firefox extensions, and yes, I had the new versions.
Maybe I am “over-curious”, but I checked my Live Update log for the two most recent days. WHEN had I received the update? I could not find anything about the toolbar.
I did not know it was possible, but I noticed the log screen had an option to 'Export' the log. I selected the text option --> LiveUpdate.txt, opened the file as a CSV text-file in my spreadsheet application (OpenOffice.org Calc). Voilà, a nice table with the update types from Norton Web Protection Definitions in col M to Norton 2013 SRTSP Settings in col AH.
Col AC had the label “Norton Toolbar Add-on for Firefox”. The column was completely empty!
Why does this update not show up in the log?
