I installed online family.norton on my son's macbook and on my macbook pro 4 days ago.
The program is generating a minimal amount of information as follows:
When I log into the website--
1. Log-in log out information incomplete. Serial log outs show up without intervening log-in notification
2. No email notifications to a comcast email address
3. no web history present (message reads no activity in past 7 days)
4. no notification to the user that 15 minutes of time remain for allowable computer time.
Suggestions appreciated.
