Symantec has a detection added for Spyware cease on their site:

But I yesterday saw this document : http://www.cheesesoft.com/blog/false-positive-detection-to-spyware-cease-has-been-corrected-spyware-cease-37-new-release/
Is it a true malware or the detections have been corrected ?
