Please fix these issues ASAP... they are really annoying...
a. If I run VLC application on kid's android tablet to allow him to listen to mantras, even if the device is on standby ... norton app thinks it is being used and considers it as usage time for 'time supervision'. This is not correct. Please fix it.
b. Last night around 11pm IST, I used PIN to allow the tablet to run VLC application. Since then I am getting emails of usage of PIN continuously every hour.
c. My son seems to have visited a site 'reddit.com' last week or so. Since then continuously email notification of blocked site, are coming to me even if none of the browsers have that site open.
For 'b' and 'c'... I personally checked that even if the android tablet remains on standby and all applications are closed before I put the device on standby, still the emails keep coming. It's sure a defect.
These issues are really annoying. I am not sure how such simple defects remain in your solution. Please fix those ASAP.
