I am writing to report an issue I have encountered. I have been using your program for several years and recently had a break. Now, I would like to renew my subscription. However, upon logging into my account, I see a message about sanctions against Russia.
I am a Ukrainian citizen with permanent residency in Bulgaria. My email address registered with the account is *********@ukr.net, which clearly indicates a Ukrainian domain. I registered the account while residing in Bulgaria, and all payments were made from Bulgaria using a Bulgarian bank credit card.
It seems your system may have mistakenly identified me as Russian because my native language is Russian. However, in Ukraine, many people speak Russian, which does not imply we hold Russian citizenship.
Could you please advise how I can regain the ability to use your program normally?
