Hi recently bought Norton 360 Premium following an offer I received to renew about 3 days ago. I have just checked and I have noticed that it has come through as the deluxe and not the premium so I’m loosing out on addition services. How do I go about getting the offer I paid for as I have just checked my receipt and that is also showing as Norton 360 Deluxe.
