Starting yesterday ( 1st April 2017 ) I now receive a pop up telling me there is a problem with my subscription.
If I go to my account the "Accounts" section reports correctly that I have four out of five licences in use with PC names that I recognise.
However if I go to the "Devices" section it reports PC names that I don't recognise, that two of my PCs have a trial subscription and if I enter my product key it rejects it as invalid.
I have raised this with support and was told that the "Devices" page is a new feature that they are still working on. The gentleman from support was very helpful but making development versions available to the world is anything but helpful.
Come on Norton - surely you can do better than this?
