Incorrect subscription status date termination

My subscription date for Norton 360 (3 users) shows 26 days remaining. It should be about 105 days remaining.  I loaded 360 on my old Dell computer on 09/20/2011.  I had mother board crash and I purchased a new HP desktop and loaded 360 on it on 12/20/2011.  My subscription status should be until 09/20/2012.  I just noticed the discrepancy recently.  I loaded 360 on my laptop on 09/23/2011.  It shows a subscription status of 110 days.  I tried to contact Norton about the problem, but could find a place to do it for free in the maze of support instructions.  Could someone tell me how to contact Norton to correct this problem.  I downloaded new updates as instructed.  This did not correct the problem. HELP!!!

A couple of things to try.

 

Check the time on the computer showing 26 days.

 

Click on Support - Subscription Status. This will go to the Subscription servers and synch your software.
