On my Android phones when I open N360 I see three items, Security, Identity and Privacy. Identity shows "setup required" and when I click on that it takes me to a page saying "Activate Dark Web Monitoring" and "Please review our License & Services Agreement to start using this feature". I click on the "SIGN IN" button and it takes me into my Norton account where I can see my Dark Web active and setup from my PC and all my other account details.
I can never get past this point in the Android App, the page saying Activate Dark Web Monitoring always appears when I try to get into Identity and no License & Services Agreement ever shows. How do I get Identity active on my android devices?
The Identity app has actually been available for a long time now. I have had it on my tablet for at least 6 months. It may be that the latest version of 360 linked you to the install of the Identity app.
The solution was waiting for the new Norton Identity app which has only just been released. The was installed from Norton 360 and now the identity monitoring is shown as active in Norton 360.
Try going into Android Settings - Apps. Scroll to the 360 app and clear the app cache and app Data. Restart the device. This will reset your 360 to a trial version. To get the full version back, open the 360 app, then tap Sign In to log into your Norton Account. Enter your Norton Account information and you should have the full version again.
