Infected: Trojan-Downloader.Win32.Firu.aox removal

i have norton antivirus online from my ISP and it didn't detect this file with a virus. i found a trojan horse with kaspersky online scanner.

 

i found this trojan thing with the kaspersky online virun scanner. what is the removal tool?
