I downloaded a FreePicture Resizer from CNET and got this lousy pop up infestation. There are three or four pop ups at a time and they take up at least a third of the screen. I found a program on my computer called "Digital More" and uninstalled it but that did nothing.I found some complicated solutions online that are beyond my expertise and seemed to be solicitations for removal services. I think Norton 360 should be able to deal with this. What should I do?
