Infected with Trojan.Zeroaccess!inf4, Trojan.GenB and Trojan.ZeroAccessB HELP!

Can someone please help with the removal of the above problems that keep popping up every 10mins saying that they are blocked?

 

I have a flash drive and am ready to go when I receive instructions
