I am trying to install NIS 2011 from a CD and it is stuck on the Initializing...please wait screen.  Help!

Do you have any other security program installed now? How did you remove your previous security program and what was it? What operating system and service park and is it 32 or 64 bit please? Do you think you have any malware on your computer.?
