Inoperable Hardware Devices in Norton Diagnostic Reort

I ran a Norton Diagnostic Report with Norton Security 2015 and it detected Inoperable Hardware Devices. Looking at the report it listed :-

Data Type -  Device Problem and Description

Device Type -  Norton Internet Security Settings Manager

Device Status -  Device is not present, not working properly, or does not have all of its drivers installed

Plug and Play ID - ROOT\LEGACY_CCSET_NIS\0000

I think this is a left over from problems I had removing NIS 2013 and installing NS2015 which were covered on a previous post on this forum. This resulted in the old NIS 2013 being present on my Norton Account and being unable to be removed by clicking the waste basket icon (see attachment). I've looked at previous posts about removing Legacy files in the registry and it's a big no no. So do I use the Fix Now (see attachment) or is there any way for Norton Diagnostic to ignore it.
