I have had Secure VPN for a long time now and over the last few YEARs the only way to make it work for me in the UK is to use a foreign country to provide a secure VPN. The downside is I have web pages in their language most of the time and if I buy online the prices appear in their currency - not very helpful.
If I chose a local VPN, it blocks my emails and some webpages. So if I turn it off to access these emails and webpages it is no longer secure, hence the title for this topic.
Once upon a time, a long time ago (to prepare you for a fairytale) I managed to actually speak to someone at Norton and they confessed there is a problem with the UK. Now I am unable to speak to anyone at Norton, has the time come to find another supplier? I am reluctant to do that since I have been with them since their time began (it feels like it anyway!)
This is a plea to Norton to become more customer accessible, or is that the title for another fairtale?
