Insight Optimizer function (and possibly now Idle Full System Scan) has stopped working...

Hi all,

 

The Insight Optimizer function (and, possibly, now the Idle Full System Scan) appears to have stopped working in my Norton Internet Security 2011 Netbook Edition install.

 

It used to work correctly, but now doesn't.

 

The Insight Optimizer function hasn't run since 29th of June!

The Full System Scan should have run earlier tonight, but didn't.

 

I regularly leave my netbook idling for quite some time (hours).

It is always connected to mains power.

 

How do I get these functions to start working properly again?

 

(and, before anyone says 'search the forums' - I did - I could not find a solution to this!)

 

Oh, and I'm using Norton Internet Security Netbook Edition version 18.6.0.29, running under Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit Edition.
