I'm on Windows 7, have not downloaded Windows 10, and I'm getting a download pop up window telling me to down load a windows 10 capable version of Norton. Completing the download action does not prevent the window from coming back. Its not unusual to have a 2 different pop ups telling me to do the same windows 10 version download. I've used the Norton removal tool to get a clean install. Still happening. The pop up download manager windows still come. I've got 2 open on my machine right now
