Hi,
New installer fails on my iMac with clean systems 10.8.2.
Installer process starts correctly, but when it tries to add the machine to the server, (after proper identification and kid account linkage), SymSharedSettings crashes:
EXC_BAD_ACCESS (SIGSEGV)
KERN_INVALID_ADDRESS
Tried several times, same issue.
Appreciate any quick fix and suggestions.
BTW, 2 other issues:
* The online setting pages do not provide any devices list view anymore!
This is very unconvenient to manage machines that are being monitored. The view through kids settings is not a solution.
* Menu bar item: Norton Family>Connect computer to Norton Family fails to authenticate everytime. Maybe same issue (server release shown: 3.1r52)
