Dear Sir or Madam,
Since January this year I want to install a new updated version of Norton internet security, after paying my subscription, however after running the software it shows this problem: a problem has occured that needs your attention, then it seems to install the update, I need to remove the old version, but that doesnot work, because it requires a password, which i don't know....so I am in a vicious circle. Also more than one hour chat-support never assisted, because we ended up with the same problem and notices.
