Install Upgraded Norton 360

I just upgraded to Norton 360 and I've downloaded the program but now I keep getting an error message after downloading.  It keeps telling me to RETRY downloading.  

Do I need to delete/uninstall the previous program and then download/install the new 360 program?  If so, how do I do that?   I am not sure what to do and chatting with Norton online help, isn't helping me.

What Norton product did you have before?

Try entering the product key at   https://norton.com/setup . That should initiate the download and installation of the new product. If necessary, the installer you downloaded will uninstall your previous Norton product.
