Ok so norton is well aware of this problem and after reading a similar post but most users where getting a constant pop up for an update instead.My issue is a pop up of norton utilities 2016 install screen constantly re apearing. Norton is well aware of this issue and likely intentionally doesn't want to do anything about it. The uninstall program is useless. and it keeps constantly popping up. I need a damn solution.
