Installation/Activation of Secure VPN for PC and SafeCam for PC

I just have my new NORTON 360 Premium (LifeLock) on my Windows PC and Android devices installed.
According to the specification Secure VPN (for PC) und SafeCam for PC should be included.

Where / how can I install/activate this function?

Support chat (case number ########) advice "LiveUpdate" did not solve the problem.

If you still see the same interface you had before the update, click on the My Norton pillar on the right. That will open the new 360 interface that will show the VPN feature.
