Folks: Perhaps you can help. I had the version of Norton Antivirus running on my new laptop - the tirty day trial. I bought Norton Inernet Security 2012. I put it in the drive, it appeared to uninstall the old version, and then told me to restart. I restarted. The machine has been running for almost 45 minutes and still no indication installation is complete. Nothing is in the system tray, no request to activate, etc. It looks like the hard drive is still working -- lights flashng, etc. What do I do? Do I go and get the Norton removal tool and try again?
