Ok, I've read some of the forums about the Windows version not being compatible with Mac, etc. etc.
This is the issue I'm having. Btw I have a Macbook Pro.
I am presented with a page that has two options for download. They are:
1)Norton Internet Security™ 4 for Mac® + Norton™ Internet Security 2010
Norton Internet Security™ 4 for Mac®
Mac OS X 10.4.11 / 10.5 / 10.6
2) Norton™ Internet Security 2010
Windows 7 / XP / XP Pro / Vista
I bought both of these as one package under Norton for Mac (89.99 one), however I am only able to download the number 1 option. When I try downloading the number 2 option it goes to another page where it only allows me to download a 389 kb text file. What is my next step? Thanks!
P.S I am able to do a scan and seem to have the features but I just want to double check that I did everything correctly
