Installation incomplete win8 x64

Allo,

 

I thought I would try this software again after the latest update.

It installed fine and once I get to the parent login screen it refuses to login as with other similar posts with first the validating credentials then the login failed.....

 

Any clue what may need to be done?

I can sign in to the https://account.norton.com without any problem.

I just can't sign in to the Norton family partially installed software.
