Installation Issues with Norton Small Business on Certain Windows 10 PCs

I purchased Norton Small Business and downloaded the installer. When I ran it, I found that the installation succeeds on some PCs within the same network, but fails on others.
All of the PCs are running Windows 10 Pro.
Previously, Trend Micro antivirus was installed on these machines, but it has been uninstalled prior to attempting the Norton installation.

For the PCs where the installation fails, I checked the error logs and found the following message (excerpt below).
The log mentions analytics.avcdn.net, but I have confirmed that there is internet connectivity to that domain from the affected PCs.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue and found a solution?

Is there any error message presented during the installation attempt? Is it the same message on all the failed attempted installs?

Are you trying to install over the network, or are you taking the installer manually to each system? It would be best to go to each system if you are able to do so.
