I just purchased Premier, and was in the process of uninstalling and installing the new agent (hadn't done it). I'm now in a situation where I install the agent, authenticate in the dialog box to "link" the accounts, when I click Finish it asks me to authenticate again, and basically gets stuck in a loop never accepting the settings. When I log into the web site using the same credentials its fine. Running Update House Rules results in a sucess message, but viewing the house rules is blank and the enforcement is not working when I surf various sites I shouldn't access.
I see that there have been numerous issues over recent months, but I couldn't see anything specific to my problem hence the post.
Any help appreciated!
