I installed this add-on to my wife’s HP laptop computer and it appeared to install properly.
However, it appears the add-on is not synced or some other problem because it failed to display the “Norton Password Manager” icon in the Menu Bar of the Firefox Browser.
The installation did create Vault and a Vault Password was provided. New entries can by added to the vault when logging in to new websites, however, without the Menu Bar Icon displayed in the browser, there is not way to view and use the vault entries.
I tried to uninstall the add-on and re-install it, but to no avail. It still does not display the Norton Password Manager icon in the menu bar.
Is there someway to correct this ? Any help would be appreciated.
I also installed this add-on to my Dell Desktop XPS computer and it works just fine.
