After installing Norton Internet Security 2010 on my laptop I cannot connect to the Internet at all. I downloaded Norton Power Eraser (after consulting the help site on my main computer) but it has not resolved the problem. When I try to connect the Security Status changes from green to red telling me I am at risk. When I click fix it - it changes back to green then when I try to connect to the internet the same thing happens again. Any suggestions?
