Installed, but will not renew

Hi.  

 

I renewed Norton and installed the newest version with three PC's.  On the third one, the installation went fine, entered the product key which it accepted it, and I got a thank you.  

 

Then I noticed the days did not renew.  I restarted, and got the same amount.  I re-entered the product key (which was correct), and it said that I had used the maximum # of licenses.  In other words, it accepted the product key, used it, but then somehow lost it.  Now, I'm out one product key and my third computer is unprotected for no reason.

 

I've sent Customer Service a few messages, but have not heard anything back from them & was wondering if this is a solvable technical issue or if I should just keep trying them until I get an answer?

Did you try clicking on Support  /  Subscription Status to synch with the Norton Server?
