Hi,
I have just replaced my Norton 360 with the latest version of Norton Security for my pc. Install went fine and everything was kept in my firewall settings.
I have activated the programme and it has given me 366 days but I need to get Norton to add on my 22 days remaining from my Norton 360 subscription as it didn't transfer over due to being a new product.
However, the issue I am getting is that whenever I try to go to my Norton account to install it on another pc I can't get to log in. It keeps coming up with the 'too many log in attempts, retry in an hour' error.
Can't log in through Norton on pc or through Norton Account itself. Can't even log into my vault on my pc or on my andriod phone.
Have tried changing password and this works until I sign out and then get the message about can't log in again. Have also tried shutting down and restarting it a couple of times and still not working.
Plus, when I send the download link to my andriod phone to install Norton on there, every time I open the link it keeps coming up with link expired and need to send new link. But how can it be expired when I have only just sent it?!
Any help on these issues would be most appreciated, thanks.
(PC is all up to date running Windows 8.1 Pro with Media Centre and up to date Samsung Galaxy G5)
