Can anyone help me? I just installed Norton Internet Security 2011. I can access the internet and my email fine. But every since installing this program my screen scrolls up and down on its own constantly. It is driving me mad. I've tried to get help from support, but they keep telling me to get help installiing the program. I tell them it is installed correctly and I can access the internet and email with no problem it's just this screen scrolling by itself problem. I explain the problem and I get no logical response. And, of course, there is no way they will let you talk directly to a rep. HELP!!!! One frustated gal.
