OK. First impressions.
Just installed 2012 on my XP, SP3 Box.
For one thing, NIS is noticeably slower than 2011. When you click on settings, I have to wait about 10 seconds for the window to populate with GUI data. Once it does the background color is a stark white - very different to the nice color schemes for the rest of the program. It's like watching a color movie and inserting 5 minutes of black and white.

This needs to be fixed! It actually ruins the look and feel of the product.
I am speaking of GUI speed and the white background.
