Hello Eric. What video adapter is installed on the computer your are using? That may be the crux of the underlying issue, as long as I have used Norton products they have never supported higher than 1080p resolution. Others are also reporting 4K scaling issues too.
Have you give this a try on the PC? Error: "Your Screen Resolution is set too low to correctly display this application..."
Change your screen resolution
- Press the Windows + R keys to open the Run dialog box.
- Type in the following text, and then press Enter.desk.cpl
- From the Resolution drop-down list, select 1024 x 768 pixels or higher.
- Click Keep changes or click Apply, and then click OK.
- Click Apply, and then click OK.
