We have 3 laptops. Kids use 2 of these. Had nortons family before. Kids laptops are brand new and recently got norton 360. Have installed Norton family on laptops. Sometimes it will work to block sites and sometimes it doesn't. When I log in to online family, it will only show one of the computers. So I go back and install it. When I log in again the other kids computer is gone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Also when it is actually showing one of the laptops it still doesnt record all their data. So frustrated! We have toshibas, windows 8, norton family version 2.6.0.52.
