The installer hangs @ the prompt for my email address to sign into OnlineFamily. I can sign in via a webbrowser but not the installer.
We have a network firewall installed. Could that be the cause? I have downloaded a new installer and tried that and still no luck.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
I will take then when I get back to the computer. It gets stuck at the sign in screen. Keeps prompting me to login which i can do in a web browser on that computer and another. When it can’t sign in it will then go into sign up. Last I have to force quit for you can’t exit at that point without signing in. So makes me think a port is being blocked.
