I got an error message and restarting the computer didn't fix it. So I came to your online place and it told me to uninstall and then reinstall my 2012 version of the antivirus, but am I going to lose the rest of my years contract if I do this, I just purchased it in October of 2011? Your interactive online guy wasn't helpful, he just wanted me to purchase more products or return this one, I'm very frustrated right now because I keep getting this pop-up error 3048,3 and I'm not sure why.
Help!
